Read through the hooks, scripts, and strategy. If something feels off — wrong tone, wrong angle, anything — tell us before we produce a single second of video. Your feedback at this stage is free and costs you nothing. Once you're happy with the direction, that's when we start.

Create a TikTok Account
Download TikTok, create an account (or use an existing one), then go to Settings → Manage Account → Switch to Business Account. Choose Books & Literature or Entertainment as your category. Share your username and we'll request Editor access. You stay in full control.

Create a YouTube Channel
Go to youtube.com, create a channel under Shaun Humphries or Kokoro, then go to Settings → Permissions → Invite and add powerpages30@gmail.com as an Editor. This lets us upload YouTube Shorts on your behalf.

Organic Content First
We post 2–3 short-form videos per day on TikTok and YouTube Shorts. The goal is to build an audience around Kokoro's themes — sacrifice, unbreakable bonds, gods and fate, the will to fight for love — before spending a single dollar on ads. Organic views tell the algorithm exactly who your reader is. With anime-adjacent content, the algorithm is your best friend: #AnimeBookTok, #LightNovel, and #MartialArtsFantasy are active, hungry communities.

TikTok Promote — Lookalike Expansion
Once we have organic data, we activate TikTok Promote on your top-performing videos. Promote takes your real viewers and finds lookalike audiences — people with matching interests, behaviors, and demographics — at a fraction of traditional ad costs. We're amplifying what's already working, not guessing cold.

Amazon DSP lets us place display ads directly in front of people who have already seen your TikTok or YouTube content — and send them straight to your Amazon listing. This is where video views become real purchases and KU reads.
